918k2ss Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 918k2ss ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 918k2ss platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms in this document, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy page.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use 918k2ss services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction that permits access to online gaming platforms.
• Have not previously been suspended or banned from using the 918k2ss platform.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using someone else's identity.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion or voluntary gambling ban list.

918k2ss reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 918k2ss. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

• All information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• 918k2ss is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the 918k2ss support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Payments

918k2ss supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for players' convenience. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your account instantly.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: RM50,000 per day (subject to individual account limits).
• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect).
• All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).
• 918k2ss does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Failed deposits must be reported to customer support along with proof of transaction.

5 Fund Withdrawals

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: RM30,000 per day for standard accounts; higher limits apply for VIP accounts.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours on business days.
• Full identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal can be approved.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to an account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your 918k2ss account.
• 918k2ss reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review purposes when necessary.

6 Bonus & Promotions

918k2ss offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page, as well as the following general conditions:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Standard wagering requirements are between 5x to 30x bonus value, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses are valid for one account, one device, one IP address, and one payment method only.
• 918k2ss reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or promotional abuse.
• Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.
• Some games may not qualify towards bonus wagering requirements — please refer to the relevant promotion terms.

7 Game Rules

All games on 918k2ss — including slots, live casino, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, table games, Sports Betting on the Malaysia Super League and EPL, and e-sports — operate according to established rules:

• All games utilise a RNG (Random Number Generator) which has been audited by an independent third party to ensure fairness.
• Game results recorded by the 918k2ss system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, 918k2ss reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the original stake to the player.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the game itself.
• 918k2ss reserves the right to withdraw or modify any game at any time without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 918k2ss platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Registration of more than one account by the same individual.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts for gameplay or placing bets.
• Money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity.
• Fraud in any form, including manipulation of games or transactions.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage 918k2ss systems.
• Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your true location for fraudulent purposes.

9 Account Closure

918k2ss reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or false registration information.
• Confirmed suspicious activity or fraud.
• Account closure request initiated by the user.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

If an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded. Users who believe their account was closed unfairly may submit an appeal to the 918k2ss support team within 30 days of the closure date.

10 Liability Limit

918k2ss shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by platform maintenance or technical failures beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Unfavorable game outcomes — results are determined by chance and fair RNG decisions.
• Any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

In all circumstances, 918k2ss's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total net deposits made by that user within the 30 days preceding the submission of the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

918k2ss takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings.
• Play Break: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion from the platform for an extended period.
